Popt: Makes sense as he but in place a BOD for NH to run the company. NH is primarily infrastructure and the collecting and transfer of data. He built it (it's done) and 'they' are coming. NK is the cutting (bleeding?) edge medical breakthrough science that he helped become reality based heavily on his guidance and vision. It's still developing. NantWorks, well, that is all about cutting/bleeding edge and all him and him alone so, of course everything NANT he would concentrate more on than any one part (or sub) w/ a BOD already in place.

I'd think anyone would fully expect one to spend the bulk of one's time w/ those entities one is most directly, hands-on, responsible for the direction and execution of...Dr.SS's being NK (being CEO and BOD Chairman) and NantWorks (single owner LLC).

Again, he put the NH BOD in place to take those day-to-day responsibilities off his hands after he built it out and had most everything in place. He does however still hold the key, single, >50% vote so it's all still in his ultimate control. Hence, NH being a "controlled company", by NASDAQ definition.
