Hate to admit, but Mogwai has good points.
New TRx is increasing at a snails pace.
Inst ownership has gone down at least the last several quarters in a row.
No NCE
Possible Stock Dilution
No BPs are interested and they're not waiting for REDUCE-IT results.
The competitive landscape in BP is fierce and BPs will pay up.
Stock Price and volumes are pathetic.

His points are valid, but I haven't heard definitive arguments to counter these. I would like nothing more than to have someone disprove these, but haven't read anything yet.
