Really? MW's goofy defense is that Mr. Adelstein didn't lend the money someone else did? Try telling your mortgage company they can't foreclose because it wasn't their money they lent you. Please, tell me what differnce it makes if all the money came out of Adelsteins wallet; or the money came from a group of people who gave Adelstein the authority to lend the money to whomever he chose as long as the terms and conditions met with their approval.

There is no evidence, absolutely none, that anyone stole any trade secrets from IFUS. AS a matter of fact there is solid evidence that nothing of that nature occurred and that there was no tortious interference from anyone, let alone Steve or Joe. That evidence is that MW failed to provide any evidence of the allegations even though he was granted several delays. In spite of all the extra time, he couldn't produce one document, nor one witness, nor even one affidavit to support any of his claims. The claims were, as we all know, summarily thrown out.

Part of the reason is that IFUS never did have any "trade secrets" to steal. There was never an agreed to formula for their bogus bagasse with nutri-mastic.

So now, the latest two trial balloons MW is floating is that the money he borrowed was not Adelstein's (So why should MW have to pay it back) and that the Boom Bros lied on the patent application. Wow!!

Please congratulate Wawa Walthers for me. The Mad Hatter himself could not have constructed a more bizarre set of fantasies.
