The Board is actually top heavy with what I'll describe as Washington insiders, rather than seasoned biotech executives. If would be nice if they had one or two biotech CFOs or CEOs serving as directors - even Malik is more of a funds guy, rather than a corporate level executive. My guess is Linda and Les are setting the agenda for what they want done, and then the Board follows along.
