So what? There's no indication that they actually realized any significant revenue from it. Vitastik didn't have any inventory at the time. VitaCig did. Consequently the VitaCig PR may have actually resulted in more VitaCig sales than VitaStik sales. Have you seen any other marketing from VitaStik since? If Al couldn't sell VitaStiks with all of mCig's marketing and resources behind him, why should anyone think he can sell them now with only his own funds? If he ever does make any money or pose a threat, VTCQ can sue him. In the meantime, it would just be a waste of VTCQ's time and resources.

Also, any advertising he does will benefit both companies and increase awareness of both products. It's not like there's a finite market and sales of one product automatically robs from the other.
