Yep, same story year after year has kept many of us around. The company is like a baseball team with 7 300 hitters who show up early for batting practice every day. We, the fans get excited every year with world series expectations. The problem is the other two players are the pitcher and catcher. They have been the highest paid players and apparently have long term contracts by the actions of the board. The 7 players work hard and have loaded the bases several times with one out (Motorola) only to have our pitcher and catcher fail to drive in the runs. Both of them have given the same old story at the post game interviews stating they are waiting on the right pitch. Many season ticket holders have gone to follow a different sport and the one's still holding are reluctant to upgrade their seats. Thank goodness the team has 70+% of the tickets in the hands of corporate owners. The team has reduced seating capacity to provide some value for those renewing their package each year. Additionally, they have engaged in quarterly cash backs to make the waiting time easier for the pitcher and catcher to finally get their preferred pitch location and produce the runs sufficient to play with the big teams. We only have a few days before we play the Huawei Weewees. The only question is do we play in New York or Paris? I hope our pitcher and catcher are studying the tendencies of the opposing players and working on their preferred pitch locations when it is time to hit.
