MLBAM may, in its discretion, but shall be under no obligation to, make a one-time offer available during the Contest Period (the "Offer"), subject to certain terms and conditions specified at the time of the Offer, providing each participant the opportunity to have the first streak he/she accumulates of at least ten (10) and no more than fifteen (15) ("Mulligan Eligible Streak") automatically preserved if it would have otherwise been returned to zero in accordance with these Official Rules ("Mulligan").
