One can only believe that more than what we have seen has been

achieved. I still think Huawei owes a boat load along with ZTE,

LG, and Lenovo. Now if they get all of these licensed accompanied

with the back payments then they will deserve recognition. The

recognizing of people than in all these years still have less

than 50% of the market licensed doesn't speak to high for me.
