That is insane. Cognate built precesses and manufacturing but that technology is owned by NWBO. Thinking LP wants to BK NWBO and walk away with Cognate is just nuts. Cognate is filling out the Saweton facility but an English subsidiary owned by NWBO owns the facility.

Cognate isn't much without NWBO.

The crazy theories on this board promoted by the Shorts defy reality.

I remember reading one here that she was bankrupting the company to buy it cheap. During a bankruptcy, a judge dishes out the assets. Linda would not get to decide. The collective financial acumen here is close to zilch.
