Not sure what has happened to the investigation into possible ‘fraud’ or poor accounting in America. Nor what changes have been made to ensure such an investment is never made again – especially spending more good money chasing bad money.

On the contrary, the company in question is very much ‘sinned against’ and has a lead position in the emerging immunotherapy field with a really exciting portfolio of intellectual property.

Not at all one to give up on.
