Hey Mass,

Just FYI: SEC filings for our 10Q with SFOR is due today. An NT FILING would be due THE DAY AFTER the 10Q final due date.

If a due date falls on a weekend or holiday, then the filing is due on the next business day.

Here is a direct quote:

"Below are the SEC rules used to identify domestic and foreign compliance deadlines for all companies. Please note that if the due date falls on a weekend or holiday, the filing is due on the next business day (reference Exchange Act Rule 0-3). "

And for your weekend reading enjoyment, here is a link:

Posting a little knowledge always helps people identify who knows what is really going on from those who simply beat their chest while yelling they know what's going on.

Now...

To be clear... SFOR could file their 10Q today and that'd be great. It'd be wonderful for them to file a 10K or a 10Q without preceding the filing with an NT. It'd be the first time in a very very long time, if ever, that they've done so.

(Fun fact time... Did you know that a 10Q is a truncated, or shorter version of a 10K and doesn't have the same auditing standards as a 10K? It's true. It's also a reason for alarm because most companies are more likely to file an NT for their 10K than they are for a 10Q because 10Ks take a lot more time, and cost a lot more money to file than a 10Q does. That's why investors or any quality are more willing to forgive the occasional NT 10K than they are to forgive serial NT 10Q filers)

If SFOR doesn't file their 10Q today, or file a NT today, the NT will be due on Monday.

Hope this helps clear up the myths and misconceptions here that seem rampant on the board today.
