If memory serves me, some people found a filing mid-afternoon before the R/S pr came out after the bell. Shorts pounced, and then Missling responded with a pr the next morning announcing data would be shared at the November Barcelona conference. The share priced jumped so quickly that most didn't even have time to complain about the short notice on the reverse split.

My take, as I believe was the opinion of many others, was that he set a real trap for those that shorted the R/S news. That move, as well as his small buys early last summer, struck me as a guy who actually cares about shareholders quite a bit.

If I'm not remembering things correctly, I apologize, and would welcome correction.
