Are you absolutely certain that CDNL is going to see 'serious income'? I've been reading through the past 'Q's and 'K's and don't fully understand the execution part of the agreement. Why form a Chinese JV and allow the transfer of all the manufacturing rights and obligations for the Nigeria and Camwater contracts to that Chinese JV instead of just allowing the chinese to buy 51% of CDNL and keep the status quo?

"We are VERY close to serious income being booked so you can imagin what this will do to the share price!!"

IT'S BETTER TO TRY AND FAIL....THAN FAIL TO TRY! NEVER GIVE UP
