Ok I just got off the phone and here's what's up. The newsletter this month will be an email service. I have asked him for instructions on how to sign up for this and he said he would get the info out sometime today.
The news letter will come after the 10k.
Speaking of the 10k. Lloyd spoke with all the teams involved with that (CPA + auditors) prior to this last PR and asked if the 10k can be expected in the next two weeks. If they could get it done. They said yes.
He told me he would not have put out that second press release had they not told him they would get it done.
The 10q generally speaking he told me the auditor will not work on the 10q until after the 10k has been published. So that may be a little late IMO however I think we will be impressed with the 10k and will have incentive to wait around a little while.
He also told me that they will not run into the same problems on the 10q as they did with the 10k.
I asked if there is a CoroWare physical office. He told me yes they got a new office last year in the Redmond/belview area right next to Microsoft and he will make sure that the address is disclosed in the 10k.
For those of you wondering what Joey brabo was talking about when he said he had the CEO event Google this: Microsoft CEO summit 2016.
I told him that the company was very vocal with shareholders in sep and nov and dec and Jan and feb what changed?
He said that he does not want to promote the company while the filings are late as it gives a bad perception due to share holders not having the whole picture.
He told me after the K and the Q filings the company will become very vocal again.
I asked him if he has a price per share target for this year. Which obviously he couldn't answer.
What he said was yes he does have a target but he can't tell me.
He did tell me that higher PPS would be better for the company.
