I am not following how "older shares" will have a different value than "newer" shares. They are all common shares, yes? If this merger is set up as a reverse merger (enabling Klean to go public, which is what most of us are counting on), then Klean will take over the 90,000,000 Authorized Shares. This small of a share structure should immediately garner them a very good PPS. ESPECIALLY because the float is so small.

They COULD announce the merger along with a reverse split, which would devalue ALL of the shares, including the CEO's. I just don't see this happening. There are not enough shares to go around. The demand for the stock should be so high, that if ANYTHING a 2/1 FORWARD split could occur.

Please educate me on the vested shares thing. Can they re-categorize older shares as a preferred class upon the merger? And if this is to happen as you say, there would be no reason for either company to be buying shares at this time, they would have purchased them a year ago, yes?

So, if "vested" shares can be separated out from "newer" shares, then they could R/S the newer shares out of existence, THEN forward split the vested shares. This would make all of them rich and in control of most of the shares (of which they pretty much are anyway).

AND it would start Klean Industries off with a TERRIBLE reputation. From what I have read about Jesse Klinkhamer, his reputation is important. I am just trying to understand this.

I am long ASUV.
