Who is "Byron"? The custodianship action was initiated, and completed, by Bryan Glass. What "judgment against the company" are you referencing? Glass applied to become custodian of Amarium Technologies, an abandoned shell, on 13 August 2008. The action was completed in April 2009.

There shouldn't have been ANY notes at all involving GIM in 2010, because the shell was owned by Bryan Glass. He didn't sell it until July 2012. When he did, he sold it to GIM, and "Adam Carter" became sole officer and director.









The GIM note was first referenced in the supposed 2010 annual report for Amarium Technologies filed by AMMG (later CRGP) with OTCMarkets in mid-2013.

Obviously AMMG had nothing to do with GIM in 2010, because AMMG was owned by Bryan Glass in 2010.
