No, the computer programs that put up and take away those big asks before they get hit also drop the bid at the same time.

This is what the algos do with a low liquidity stock to try to shake out shares.

The fact remains that instys can not acquire size without raising the price.

Remember they were buying between $5 & $6 4th quarter last year.
