Kc I think more likely it is because donepezil is the SOC so it is inevitable (and ethical) that Anavex clinical testing will have to continue accepting patients that are on it.

It should be noted that we only have 7 donepezil-naive subjects in the Part A. It's tough to draw definitive conclusions from that. I think the company is a little aggressive with their statistical inferences. (Which is why I find the anecdotal patient testimonies to be heartening; for me it's much-appreciated corroboration).
