By all means read the 8k and see who the supposed financier is. Then simply google "Signal Lake", google "Bart Stuck" and google "InPhase". There are some articles in " The Register " about inphase, hvault, and then go to the readers comments to see what some have warned about Signal Lake.

Whoops , this is what we have been experiencing for the past year " Financing coming soon "

The fact that D'Couto clearly named this company as the Venture Capital Fund that is going to lend "THE MONEY " and that we can easily find information on Signal Lake leads me to wonder whether D'Couto did his due diligence or simply does not care.

I hope D'Couto has filled out his DOE grant applications, or found financing elsewhere cause this is as I suspected, not going to go anywhere.

I don't know who is buying this stock other than someone with a death wish to their 401k or just a market maker.

The "Term Sheets" piped about since last year never happened and still not happening, Here we are almost in the middle of May and D'Couto is quiet as a church mouse.
