this part of your USMJ post reminds me of when KMART file BK and afterwards got rewarded 34 million dollars for doing such a fine job handling the bankruptcy.

My deceased 1st wife lost 20 yrs of accumulating their stock in the company employee stock purchasing program.

totally wiped out their employee's and then bought SEARS.

What a JOKE. (could this happen here)
