Lol you're right, they haven't secured anything and from the lousy fluffy PR. It says they won't get anything until they buy and improve the property . .lol so that means that they must purchase and build on that property before they can get that million dollars lol. So now where will they get the cash from to buy and improve this property????????
I know they will steal it from the shareholders here. And then after they take the money from the shareholders . the deal will will not happen for one reason or another. But the good thing about it is they will have sold BILLIONS more shares and have extra cash on hand to pay the CEO. His bonus for doing such a good job.
