Agreed. After reading it over, the tone I get is that the FDA is either looking to clear up the last of their questions or trying to help them find a different route to clear this device(s) that makes more sense or has less hurdles, as this has not been done with this kind of technology. I don't have near the issue with this PR as some do that are jumping off cliffs. As all political entities are, they are very concerned with the terrible media coverage in the last few months regarding the drug epidemic in the US and know they need to find some route to calm the outcry. Regardless if they actually care about the epidemic or if they are just trying to ease the tension, they must do something.
