No offense, and I cannot give insider information, but I will say these note conversions were necessary. I know the owner, and one thing I will say, is he has the money to cover any losses you think this company will lose, but I know as he knows these were needed. Now with that said, anyone with some common sense will know that this is the time to buy, not saying you don't have common sense, but any true investor knows you buy low sell high. Do not wait for the last minute.
