Hmmm, lets break this down...

Too funny!! Each and everyone of those statements is true. Walthers did misappropriate funds and use them for his attorney interesting this was never brought up in court, nor was it any part of the depositions. Walthers did try to settle, literally begging to get the patent back so it's now confessed the patent was stolen-which is proprietary? What did MW try to settle with. According to the SA/JS Cabal, MW and IFUS are Bk, broke, busted and disgusted. So what would he have to offer then?, and was rejected. Former IFUS investors and others have been continually harassed by phone, physically threatened and stalked hmmm, first I've heard of this...and never read this in the court docs at all. Any why aren't there charges filed? And why wouldn't MW have hired a criminal defense team? Stalking is a very serious crime. And never once did a former investor post anything in here or anywhere else about being threatened or stalked. So show some proof of this outrageous claim .

It appears to me the SA/JS Cabal are really desperate. They make up phony unfounded and with not one scintilla of proof, these imaginable claims...pure drama aqnd none hold water....aka "Cabalderdash!"
