There will never be a settlement. The plaintiffs have already turned down your offer. Why you made it, i don't know. did you think everyone was nuts? First of all you couldn't possibly pay. Secondly you wouldn't pay even if you could. What mystifies me is why would anyone who was never repaid money that they loaned to you, trust you to make timely payments on a settlement? Maybe that makes sense to you and the Mad Hatter, but on this Earth where the sky is blue and the grass is green, few people are that gullible. We all know you have NOTHING!

BTW, your countersuit was completely DISMISSED! The judge tossed it.

Judge Ungora also dismissed Mr. Adelstein and Mr. Scivoletto from any liability. OOOPPPS! That means no money for you. Not a dime.

The fact is, MW, you committed fraud ... and you fully intended to commit fraud. You involved others and other entities as well. My guess is there are at least a handfull of other felonies along the way that will be "discovered."
