Funny thing happened today. I had my doubts about if this was being manipulated to the degree that some here have posted. Today I had a small block of my position on the ask at .02. Someone hit it for 5 shares twice. The top end got set, I sold .20 cents worth of stock and got charged an Etrade commission. I think someone was trying to teach me a lesson and keep the PPS down.
