The problem with your statements, other than the personal purchases as proven by the form 4, is that none of it is verified. One already knows you cannot rely on the CEO's tweets for accuracy.

What is the current float??
What is the current AS?
Periscope and PR's?? When did those become worthy of throwing money. Where's the 8K's and the latest 10K??

One last item. Who makes up the senior management of LTNC? Schadel, anyone else?? COO?? CFO?? Directors?? No wonder the 10K is not coming out.
