i think the day the deal is approved by both legal teams and boards of Anavex and BP Phase 2/3 Partner..I think it will be PFE, but the reality is ..whoever gives Anavex the best deal for future opportunity and growth that brings A2-73 to the most people, the quickest.. We are in the Billions..are we at double digit billions on 12 week, most of 26 week, some 38 week and some 52 week..Double Dig Billions might be a tough number for BP to justify with only 32 people..but..those number may be increased based upon milestones..and really not looking for a TOP LINE NUMBER as I DO NOT WANT A TOP LINE LIMIT..i am looking for Anavex to be a Licensing Agent..with territories, IND's, and new Drugs..while farming out for % of Sales..never selling...the good Dr. understands that he may have found "the pill". He brought A2-73 back from Oblivion.just a little over 2 years ago..So you ask WHEN..Honestly,let's just walk through it.
Anavex needs a BP Partner for Phase 2/3. FDA will want that settled before :hase 2/3 approved/begins. So. we know Dr. Mac mentioned the Protocol was written..Think Dr. Mac spoke out of turn..Maybe Phase 2/3 Protocol is just outlined..Either way ..doesn't that lead you to believe ..they already have the first version of Data for 12 Weeks? That they are just confirming 12 WEEKS Data through yet another Independent Source?
So..It is an OPEN TRIAL ..really the only Data that Anavex has not had access to is PK..Everything else is KNOWN TO ANAVEX(OPEN TRIAL). so maybe they don't have TRIPLE CONFIRMED 12 WEEK Data..but they have ALL the other data from ALL 32 PATIENTS and EVERY StAGE that those patients have completed..Right? SO BP has access to a LOT OF DATA,,including ..now the Depression/Anxiety Data..BP is able to see a LOT MORE than we are to consumate a deal. WE must assume, that what we see is what we get. Reversal in some,.. Amazing good health..(no deaths or episodes of ill health?-is A2-73 a GOOD HEALTH PILL TOO!) .. My point is I think we are really close to a deal..that when the PK data is confirmed by a Third Independent Party-Maybe even the BP itself- that Phase 2/3 will beging and the partnership will be announced. will it be the 5/17? or before..or after..i think it is sooner rather than later..maybe we could go backwards..IF they want trial to start at end of 2016,,December..
They have to coordinate/align Multi-Site/Multi-National participants for recruiting..so if you contact a Clinic NOW about running a 52 week trial with 200 enrollees..how much time do they need to prepare ..
I think you contact them in June and ask for commitment in July..so you may announce you locations and in August/September and then in December you may have your locations ready to go..with lots of participants..
So if you are going to Choose Locations in June, you need some pre-planning, coordination , command control. time to build the inter-company team, ..So I think ....everyone is just waiting on PK Confirmation..because..sometimes too good to be true..is simply called "the cure". look. no matter how many times you run a smile through a computer..you still get a smile.
