That's been the big problem...the length of the halt is too long and allowed for too much uncertainty to creep into everyone's thinking.

There must be some law stating that FDA decisions take 50% longer than expected. The FDA tells the company six months, and the FDA Law of Government Molasses increases the wait time to 9 months. And the timing couldn't be worse given the downturn in biotech.

I guess if we start the clock in September, we're talking about a decision at the end of May or sometime in June.
