It's due 45 calendar days after the Quarter ended which was March 31.

SFOR is a pattern "Not Timely" filer, so expect to see an NT filing with the SEC on the Q due date.
NT QUARTERLY Filings allow for a 5 calendar day extension before the filing would be due.

So, fingers n toes time here;

May 15th is the due date. If they file an NT, it puts the due date back to May 20th.
