Not right at all. MW never made an offer to settle. As much as the boot boys would love for that to have happened, it hasn't and won't.

I think the SAcabal forgets they have no chance to win and even confessed they were losing. So why would Ifus offer to settle? No logic in this at all.

MW is holding the best hand. Proof shows the boot boys broke the law with intent. It shows they were caught and terminated. And it shows they've lost.

It's over and they know it. So they offered to settle. End of story
