You just might want to save those "positive" vibes for the day that you read that the BK Trustee has permitted the existence of a committee (and its paid attorneys) to represent you and the other common shareholders.

'Cause until you read that ... you DON'T exist. Except as "Road-Kill" on the way to implementing a Plan of Reorganization that won't include commons.
