The company is really sticking to the clinical depression indication for 2-73. In addition to AD, PD, MS, and Epilepsy, depression is a huge potential commercial application. I am wondering how much of the human mood elevation cited anecdotally in the Phase 2A is tied to the joy of cognitive recovery vs direct alleviation, the latter of which has been theorized by pre-clinicals and academic investigation of S1 agonism.
