As long as we're discussing questionable/fraudulent claims.

Lets not forget that "Patent Pending" claim on Walthers still puts on the Intact bottles ... even though he abandoned that very same patent years ago when when he misappropriated funds to pay the patent attorney and used them for his own Bankruptcy. All the while he lied to friends, lenders and his own shareholders and led them to believe the patent was current.

Or maybe we should talk about:

1. NO FEDERAL TAX RETURNS filed by IFUS
2. NO payroll tax returns filed by IFUS
3. NO product liability or general liability insurances carried by IFUS
4. MW conspiring to defraud the plaintiff with UNDISPUTED INTENT
5. NO financials since MW became CEO

Isn't it odd that all those who claim to be patent experts failed to inform the board that WAWA abandoned the patent. Nobody but a select few knew the patent had been abandoned until Mr. Scivoletto made that fact known.

These are just a few of the reasons that no one has bought, or will buy, this fetid garbage pile of a stock. Not everyone is as dumb as MW and cabal wish!!
