So our ADCS-ADL baseline was 64 out of 78..
Over the course of 12 months this degrades by around 10
Points in AD patients.. So we might be looking at 58-59 at 6 months
As scale is proportionate( for my vocabulary lacking a better term)
At 12 weeks you would expect around a 61-62..
The interim 12 week has us over 67..
Here is my unbelievable point!
In order to paint a picture and manage an artist showing
The patient has to be at 75 or at the highest score of 78.
At 8 months the score would be expected 64-7.5=56-57
So at 6 months Anavex might be + 20points!
That my friends is TOO Good to be TRUE!
And that my friends is WHY(imo) we have not
