Some people dont understand CDNL is getting the $7.6 million in installments because the Chinese government has tight limits on how much money you can get out of China in one shot. $500,000 share buyback and they only got $1.1 million so far out of $7.6 million dollars. as they get more money the amount of the buyback will increase also.
