how do you get a loan when you have no consulting revenue and in fact (since cooperative joint ventures don't have bank control in china) thus no claim to tangible assets do you go to a bank and get a loan? where's the security for a company in china with a bunch of CJV's instead of real honest Equity Joint Ventures? Is there any protection at all?
