I think a special loan for the sole purpose of a buyback at these very low levels should not be so hard to get



They could do another convertible bond with a conversion price of $10, let's say for $15M, and be required to use half of that money for share buybacks.

ECAB has done it before, push the company in a certain direction.

I don't think the problem is the money. We have no volume these days. And they have to sign the MF contract first. Even then, a systematic buyback could be a problem if the company has material non-public information. And it has to be systematic (through some kind of trading plan) otherwise it will fail miserably. But perhaps it can be done. But I don't think it's a high priority for the company, unless the financier wants it.
