All the shenanigans and hoopla and it really boils down to this.

IRPs claiming solo shamed. If Snyder is so beaten down why is the judge allowing him 2 hours with Ari,the key witness, to establish predicate to move forward with a previously quashed injunction?

Very simple logic:
The Court sees straight through Magna and Hanover, but bound to procedural rule of law.

The Judge is not scolding Snyder simply saying quit playing the game and provide me with predicate so that I can grant you what you are asking for in complete good faith.

So 2 hours to ask Ari if Yippy stock was transferred between accounts and establish predicate. In case they want to do that in 5 minutes here the only questions that need to be asked, rhetorically of course, but for the record.


-Did YIPI 1.6MM stick issued transfer between accounts?
-Was the 1.6MM for sale credited?
-Was the 1.6MM retroactively moved?
-What was the result of the retroactive movement?
-Who facilitated the back and forth transfer?
