Tiger the 10 days is not a formal date to cover it means it will take at least 10 days at the present voume to cover if they start now, it's an indicator
I have no idea what the penalties will be , but i'm sure something is coming up.)

keep in mind that represent on July and they probably are shorting since the merger as well .plus the prevoius JPHC legacy which is huge ..
so IMO well over 1 biliion share !
