If TAUG were trading at $.01 cent WITH 1 billion shares OS.
a reverse of 10 for 1 would result in TAUG shares trading at $.10 with 100 Million shares OS. NO DILUTION.
SHARE PRICE GOES UP, OS SHARES GO DOWN.
