I am soooo sick and tired of baserunning costing the Rangers games! Last night Odor tries to go from 2nd to 3rd on a very short fly to the outfield. The 2B makes the catch and throws out Odor easily for the third out. Do they not teach any more to never make the first or last out at 3B?
Then, with nobody out man on first and third, a one bouncer to the 2B and our PINCH RUNNER easily gets thrown out at home. No reason to run, but he does anyway.
Absolutely disgusting. Are the managers afraid to say anything to the ballplayers?
After the game, no admission from Odor he shouldn't have gone, just the comment, "I thought I could make it"......SO WHAT??? You would have been on third vs second with two outs. Other than a wild pitch, what difference does it make?
