I feel so sympathetic for the misguided content of that post a d the erroneous assumptions made therefrom.

These are not allegations, these are court decisions

Probably similar to how the FDA has responded in the past.

On the street can be interpreted as the Judge telling the accused: "Get Real you clown"

Assume this reflects on the caliber of legal counsel involved.

Should never have presented the request if Judge had chance to deliver a decision as insightful as "DENIED AS MOOT"

In fact, and this is a one-time-only-opportunity, "moot", in the context of its usage, is define as:

2. of little or no practical value or meaning; purely academic.
3. Chiefly Law. not actual; theoretical; hypothetical.

In layman's language? Nothing in this matter turns on the submission being considered, so it is therefor deemed as moot. In street language? It's neither here nor there, fuggedaboutit !
