The SEC does give shareholders the option to communicate directly with them about a given stock. I have done it before. I just thought the huge amount of funds directed to A+W that were apparently unneeded, combined with the amount of years the PPS has been allowed to stagnate, the giving of employees bonuses for doing nothing, the possible protecting of shorts by insuring an event will not occur ...
