The BOD of a company does have certain responsibilities to the shareholder, I believe. To grow and promote the company. It's not
to just use public shareholder money to enrich themselves and set up unnecessary ways to bleed this money. I think although the letter campaign is useful, I wonder if contacting the SEC with actual records of this misappropriation of funds is an option. I don't know.
