I think the translated quote from Cesar applies:

One might ask the SA clan if they are "winning" or "losing" the case. They'd like to believe what they wish for...but...not to be.

And as for the mess.....the ONLY mess was left behind by the boot boys when they were TERMINATED for cause AND with shareholder blessing....thanks to MW, IFUS is in business.
