And if the investigation by SEC can prove what you state, then stockholders will benefit from the returning of shares or money by the guilty. I am NOT saying there WILL be guilt decided by SEC, but as it looks now, if this investigation, in part, finds intentional self enrichment through the family loan arrangement at the expense of shareholders, this might just be the remedy or action of punishment. Punishment to the guilty - reward for the stockholders.

Accounting issues are easily rectified with corrected and updated financials.
