I called Etrade today to see how I can get rid of my worthless shares so that I can count the loss at Tax time and they said that the DPC has trade suspended so you can't. That doesn't sound right. The DPC should take them off my hands then if I can't count the loss. Has anyone else dealt with this and is there a workaround?
