The Par Value is a antiquated term that is meaningless on the Market - it is used with the State SOS to calculate filing fees.

LTNC is a trips stock and can't possibly uplist to Nasdaq - when Shady decided to obtain toxic financing that disqualified them from being listed on Nasdaq.

Plus you might want to take a look at the listing requirements of Nasdaq - LTNC isn't close.

Sure Shady Tweeted about uplisting to Nasdaq - because it is good for pumping.
