His comment was based on a hospital he's intimately involved with and the effects in a large elderly population of patients that depended on the drug Valeant bumped by 500%. TV was just on in the background and the long interview with Buffett, Munger and Gates was putting me to sleep, but he took acception to the CEO's bs justification in buying the company with the drug.
